My friend Katherine and her daughter Julia came in town to see the girls. Julia is hiding her mommy's newest surprise - another little girl due in November. Yeah - another playmate!

The girls really enjoy visiting with their friends during our playgroup - a little shout out to Addie, Fallyn, Bella, Ella, and Hayden. They can't wait to get a little bigger so they can play with all the big kid toys!

Today we had our 2 month check-up ... and we are growing up fast!

Emily made it into the 75th-90th percentile for her growth.

10 lbs. - 21 3/4 in.

Claire made it into the 90th percentile for her growth.

10 lbs. 13 oz. - 22 in.

The girls had their first over night with Grandma this weekend while Mommy and Daddy went to a wedding in Illinois. It was so nice to have an adult night, but we sure did miss the girls.

Emily and Claire are growing and changing so much. They are getting really strong and are discovering lots of new things around them. We are even starting to get smiles when we talk to and tickle them. We are anxious for our two month check-up. Both girls have had their grumpy days and I am hoping their fussiness is because they are having a growth spurt.
